Caffe Yoga – UX Redesign

Overview

A group UX redesign project for a yoga studio website. The goal was to improve the overall user experience with clearer class visibility, smoother navigation, and an intuitive booking process. Completed as part of a UX course with a team of four.

Problem

The original website was difficult to navigate. Users struggled to find class schedules, book a class, or understand what services were offered. The overall layout lacked visual hierarchy, and the booking flow was confusing.

We began with user interviews and online surveys to gather insights about users' pain points and goals.

Personas were developed based on real data.

We also conducted a competitive analysis of similar websites to understand industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

User Research & Findings

We identified three main user frustrations:

- Difficulty locating class schedules

- Confusing navigation

- No clear call-to-action for booking

Skincare Store – Website Redesign

I joined the company as a UI design intern, working alongside the development team. The original website had a weak visual structure and poor user experience, which made it difficult for users to interact effectively with the content. The goal was to redesign the site to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.

I reviewed several skincare e-commerce websites to understand common patterns and standards in layout, product presentation, and overall structure.
UI Design in Figma
Using Figma, I redesigned key pages such as the homepage, product listing, and product detail pages. My focus was on creating a clean, user-friendly interface aligned with the brand’s style.
Feedback & Iteration

I shared my designs with the internal team, gathered feedback, and made necessary adjustments to improve clarity and usability.

Process

Improve the website’s interface by redesigning it with a cleaner layout and more professional look while maintaining the existing structure and features.
